AWARDS LUNCHEON - US$20,000

Reach attendees during award luncheon event. Co-patron signage will be displayed throughout select award luncheon area

CONFERENCE BREAKS - US$10,000

Coffee breaks will be served during breaks on each day of the conference sessions. Patrons will be given the opportunity to sponsor a coffee break selection of their choice. Co-patron signage will be displayed throughout select coffee break areas

LANDYARDS - US$10,000

More than 1,500 attendees will wear their badge lanyards throughout the conference, making this one of the most visible opportunities

WIFI INTERNET ACCESS - US$15,000

Get everyone connected as the official conference WiFi patron. Cost includes WiFi access for all attendees throughout the convention centre

  • Your company will be recognized on the WiFi internet access screen. All attendees must view to log into the internet
  • During badge pickup, each attendee receives printed information containing WiFi access details and acknowledgement of your company name

CONFERENCE BANQUET - US$20,000

The conference banquet is always very well attended as participants take the opportunity to network and establish contacts in a relaxed setting. Co-patron signage will be displayed throughout select conference banquet area

The Internet Kiosk with 5 laptops and Charging Stations provide great visibility for your organization. Proper signage will be provided

AV FOR INTERACTIVE POSTER SESSION - US$10,000

TV monitors will be used for the Interactive Poster Session

EXHIBIT BOOTH: 3 METER X 2 METER - US$3,500

The exhibit only option is great for those companies that have a new product/service to promote. As an exhibitor, your company logo and a 75-word description of your company will be prominently included on the conference website and the conference app. The pricing for the “Exhibit Only” option is as follows: 

  • Partition: Rear and dividing walls with 2500mm high using white aluminum systems and white melamine panels
  • Flooring: Using existing venue carpet
  • Electrical: 2 units 40 watt Fluorescent Tube. 1 unit 13 amp single phase power point (Max. 500w)
  • Graphics: 1 set Company’s name and booth’s number (English) in one color self-adhesive PVC lettering against white background on fascia board
  • Furniture: 1 unit Information Desk, 2 units White Folding Chair, 1-unit Waste Paper Basket.
